Shipping & Handling
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days and shipped promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your chosen shipping method, product size, and destination.
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States (US), Canada, and Mexico*. Orders outside of the 48 contiguous US states may include additional customs or handling fees.
Please note, we only ship retail products to Canada and Mexico. Custom roller shades are available for shipment within the 48 contiguous United States only. Custom roller shades should be ordered by contactingour US Customer Service team at1-800-560-4667.
Backorders (Out of Stock)
Occasionally, popular items sell out faster than expected. If a backordered item is delayed for more than 30 days, we’ll email you with an update.
